At Christian Audigier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our iconic streetwear designs. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags, labels, and security seals are fully intact.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
